About Effluence Consulting
Effluence Consulting Pty Ltd is a Salesforce consultancy focused on building CRM systems that hold up under real operational pressure. Our work is concentrated in financial services — insurance, advisory and wealth management — where data accuracy and regulatory context matter, though our services aren't limited to that sector.
We work end to end: discovery and solution design, build and integration, then training and ongoing support once the system is live. Engagements are run directly, with one point of contact throughout.
How we work
Understand the business process, the data and where the current setup is holding you back.
Configure, integrate and develop the solution — Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or a custom fit.
Train the team, hand over documentation, and stay on for ongoing admin and support if needed.
